Role Overview:
Join our team as a National Account Manager – Specification, where you will be responsible for developing and managing key relationships within the social housing sector. Your focus will be on driving sales growth through innovative specification-led solutions. Key Responsibilities:
* Create and execute a strategic Business Plan for the social housing sector, aligning with the Specification Channel’s objectives.
* Organise and conduct successful sales meetings with both prospective and existing clients, utilising online platforms and face-to-face engagements.
* Use effective questioning techniques to uncover customer needs and identify opportunities for Bristan.
* Manage specified projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring seamless communication with all relevant parties.
* Foster strong relationships with the wholesale sales team to share insights and drive joint opportunities.
* Represent Bristan at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows to enhance our presence in the sector.
* Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying gaps and implementing strategies for improvement.
What You Bring:
* Proven experience in specification sales, account management, sales, or a relevant field within the construction industry, particularly in social housing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
* A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
* Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values collective success.
* Knowledge of the social housing sector, regulatory requirements, and sustainability goals is a plus.
