Job Title: Education Support Specialist
The role of an education support specialist is crucial in supporting students with special educational needs. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital part in ensuring that these students receive the best possible care and education.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
* Provide individualized support to students with physical, emotional, or learning difficulties, promoting independence and inclusion within the classroom.
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers to ensure seamless communication.
Requirements:
* Prior experience working with students who require additional support is highly valued.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with teachers and students alike.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
Compensation:
£21,709.61 - £22,388.59 per annum (dependent on experience).
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm (5pm on Thursday).
