If you are highly skilled in supporting the admin side of Financial Advisors and Paraplanners, managing client banks, and possess Pensions and Investment Admin and Report Writing skills, then you can apply. This role is 100% office-based in the Buckinghamshire area. A great opportunity for a skilled Senior Financial Services candidate, you must have a lengthy recent period within an IFA Financial Services firm, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
To be considered, the candidate should ideally have made some progress with their CII qualifications, and the successful completion of RO1, RO3, and RO4 is particularly important. The duties and skills required include:
1. The completion of suitability reports (using templates)
2. Research
3. Investment fund switches/rebalances
4. Support around regular client reviews
5. MI collation
6. PowerPoint and Office 365 skills
7. Use of various research tools and systems
8. Confident communicator with clients and providers (verbal and in writing)
9. Diary Management
10. Self-motivated and able to work without supervision
11. Client calls, scanning, emailing, printing, and posting
12. Support around the completion of all FCA reports and PI cover
13. Maintain and update all client files
14. Business submission and recording
15. General office duties and support
