Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and relationship-drivenDelivery Partner Account Managerto manage and grow our network of energy efficiency and renewable energy installers (Delivery Partners).
This is a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of energy-saving projects while maintaining strong, close working relationships with credible, accredited installers across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with new and existing Delivery Partners (installers).
* Ensure new Deliver Partners are onboarded effectively and fully trained on our custom-built Partner Portal.
* Monitor Delivery Partner performance, ensuring high-quality standards are met per our stringent service level agreement, and compliance is adhered to in line with industry regulations.
* Optimise the distribution of projects amongst the delivery partner network, ensuring quick and efficient turnaround for our customers.
* Work alongside our sales team to ensure a consistent flow of new projects are delivered to our network of delivery partners.
* Manage the day-to-day activity on our custom-built Partner Portal, ensuring data and information is always correct and up-to-date.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery and issue resolution.
* Stay updated with industry trends, policies, and government-backed energy-saving initiatives (e.g., ECO4, GBIS, WLHG, LAD, SHDF) and able to pay markets.
What We’re Looking For
* Self-motivated with natural leadership skills, and the ability to work on own initiative
* Proven experience in account management, business development, or partner relations.
* Experience working in the UK energy efficiency market, government-backed grant schemes, renewable energy, construction, or housing sector is a plus.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
* Passion for sustainability and helping households and businesses reduce energy costs.

Subject to experience, but this is a senior role with an OTE of £55k - £60k.
