Project Administrator
Contract Type: Permanent
Department: Fit-Out
Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Location: Central London
Salary: £30,000
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee project coordination for all accounts within the fabric team.
* Provide daily updates to the line manager.
* Manage and maintain the Project Tracker.
* Gather and submit Form C and Post Construction Handover documents (Form C pertains to O&M documentation).
* Request RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statements) from subcontractors.
* Handle permit submissions via the WARF or e-Permit systems.
* Distribute projects for costing assessments.
* Receive and organize subcontractor quotes.
* Ensure all project-related information is stored in company SharePoint folders.
* Attend project meetings.
* Record minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant teams.
* Create Health & Safety folders for larger projects as needed.
* Collaborate with teams on sourcing subcontractors and materials.
* Raise Purchase Orders as instructed.
* Assist the Financial Manager with applications and invoicing as necessary.
Skills
* Forward-thinking with the ability to make independent decisions.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and e-Permit systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to enforce processes and suggest improvements.
* Responsible and adaptable to change.
* Client-facing experience, capable of discussing operational matters with building management, staff, and client representatives.
* Background in the construction industry.
