This role will involve providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone, to support the Home.
Main duties of the job
As a Customer Service Advisor, your focus will be to support the Home by providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Other responsibilities will include being responsible for the reception area and ensuring it is always presented to a high standard, supporting with the process of show rounds, actively following up and managing any sales enquiries through to admissions, and assisting the Home Administrator as required.
