As a team leader, you will be supervising a experienced team of surveyors and coordinators. You will play a crucial role in supervising the coordinators and assistants with various tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Supervising the coordinators and assistants on a day to day basis
* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
* Dealing with customer complaints and resolutions.
* Conducting site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications.
* Assisting in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and contracts.
* Supporting the management of subcontractor accounts and payments.
* Preparing and submitting regular financial reports.
* Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure accurate cost control and project delivery.
