Customer Service Advisor– Part time 6-month FTC 3 days - £15,600Birmingham THE COMPANY: Our client is a specialist financial service company, who are seeking a Customer Service Advisor on a part time, 6-month FTC to join their Birmingham-based office. THE ROLE: Manage customer queries via phone, email, and messaging. Resolve queries with accurate, satisfactory responses. Provide excellent customer service with empathy. De-escalate dissatisfied customers and manage complaints. Support admin team during peak workloads and ensure high-quality data. THE PERSON: Minimum 2 years’ customer service experience. Intermediate skills in MS Word and Excel. Exceptional organisation, time management, and communication skills. Strong customer-centric approach and risk awareness.
