We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our team in Hartlepool or Stockton. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential conveyancing and be able to work independently and efficiently on their own caseload. Duties: - Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish - Conduct title searches and review search results - Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, deeds, and mortgages - Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction - Ensure all deadlines are met and files are closed in a timely manner Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing - Minimum of 12 months of running own caseload - Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations - Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of files - Experience of working with referral work - Experience of portal work - Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills - Excellent communication and client care skills We offer competitive salary and benefits such as healthcare plan, pension and a generous holiday allowance.
