Due to expansion, a new opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate specialist to work closely with the head of department. In this role, you will receive excellent training and career development handling your own transactions, as well as assisting on larger projects requiring a team-based approach. The nature of this role will appeal to solicitor or CiLEX with 1-4 yrs’ PQE.
Typical instructions include:
• Sale & Purchase of business premises.
• Leasehold - acting for both landlords and commercial tenants
• Investment properties
• Corporate support and restructuring related transactions.
