Are you an organised and detail-oriented administrator looking for a new challenge? Cheshire East Council is seeking a Business Administrator to support the Childrens Partnership Boards and the Childrens Development and Partnerships Team .
Key Responsibilities: Co-ordinate agendas, reports, and meetings for multi-agency and senior management boards
Provide administrative support, including financial processing tasks
Liaise with senior managers and external partners
Organise events such as conferences, workshops, and development days
Manage office systems, incoming calls, and email enquiries
Support service improvements in Childrens Services
Requirements: Experience in administration (minute-taking and arranging meetings preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Resilience and ability to handle confidential information professionally
