Customer Service Administrator
The opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, outgoing individual to join a small team in our Chessington based office as a Customer Service Administrator and gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
You will work closely with the customer service team to ensure a high level of customer service Is provided and all customer’s needs are met efficiently.
The role will vary from time to time therefore the successful person needs to be willing to adapt to accommodate business needs.
Job Description:
* Sales order and invoice processing with high level attention to detail.
* Liaising with the external sales team daily to ensure customer accounts are kept up to date with pricing and agreements
* Dealing with customer queries via both email and telephone, including chasing deliveries and contacting carriers
* Liaising with Head office and Warehouse (France based) to ensure queries are dealt
* Calling and updating customers on new product launches, order processes (B2B) and building customer relationships.
* Sales admin support for external sales team, including completing customer data spreadsheets and documentation Required.
Personal Specification:
1. Knowledge of MS Office
2. Experience of working in an office environment would be an advantage
