Our client, a unique financial services organisation, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their growing Give As You Earn (GAYE) team. As a Customer Service Representative within the GAYE team, you will ensure that all donations to charity comply with HMRC payroll regulations. Reach out to GAYE donors to obtain key information to enable charitable funds to be distributed Reach out to GAYE clients to obtain missing information to enable charitable funds to be distributed Maintain accurate records and support payment reconciliations To respond to enquiries from customers and internal stakeholders in a professional, timely and efficient manner in accordance with departmental standards (SLA’s) and KPI’s This position demands a high degree of initiative and flexibility. Attention to detail and high levels of organisational and communication skills are essential, as are: Strong data entry skills High levels of numeracy The ability to work to tight deadlines Good MS Office skills The role is office-based Monday through Friday, 9 am-5 pm, for an initial training period, after which there is the potential for hybrid working.
