Key Responsibilities: Offer desk-based, remote, and on-site support for technology deployments. Serve as the technical expert for triaged service desk tickets. Lead the setup and deployment of IT services at new and existing locations. Handle hardware requests within assigned areas. Develop and sustain knowledge of Microsoft-based networks. Diagnose user problems remotely and on-site. Participate in software/system testing and review user documentation. Requirements: Previous experience in IT Service Desk and/or ICT 2nd Line Support. Proficiency in troubleshooting corporate systems (Windows 10/11, Office 365, etc.). Experience in resolving issues over the phone. Understanding of ICT support techniques for geographically dispersed sites. Excellent communication, organizational, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work under pressure and independently. Willingness to embrace new tools and innovation.
