Job Description Job Title: Receptionist Department: Administration Responsible to: Head of Administration & Compliance Line Management: No Purpose of Role (the objective of the role) To provide Reception function and administrative support to Legacie Management & Lettings Ltd. Primary responsibilities, tasks, and duties (this list is not exhaustive) Answering and screening all incoming telephone calls and transferring them to the relevant Person. Maintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them. Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building. Take receipt of any mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and distributes items. Perform administrative and clerical support tasks as required. To meet or exceed service standard and key performance indicators associated with the role. Participate in learning and development activities that promote personal effectiveness and improving performance in the role. Assist with tenancy arrears Assist with Landlord licencing. Assist the Lettings Director with the applicant database Respond to reviews via Trustpilot & Google C arrying out any other ad-hoc duties as required. Key Requirements / Competencies (skills, abilities, behaviours & knowledge that enables effective performance) At Least 5 years recent experience in a busy business environment ideally Property/Lettings management. Ability to work as part of a team. Computer literate. Exceptional communication skills. Can do attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Well presented. Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation. Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills. Can Keep a tight schedule and manages time in an organized and attentive manner.
