We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Manager to join the dedicated and dynamic team delivering Breaking Down Barriers - Phase 3 of Project Tullie, the museum’s major capital development programme which celebrates our roots as Carlisle’s centre for learning and creativity and reimagines them for 21st century audiences.
This fixed-term post will play a leading role in the development of the next phase of ‘Active Gallery’, a major new visitor experience within Phase 3. If you're a dynamic and enthusiastic project manager with great engagement and co-curation skills and who thrives as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
This fixed-term post will lead on the project management of project delivery including the management of construction and build contractors, task managing and coordinating information exchange between project and external teams. If you're a proactive project manager and team player with a good attention to detail and experience in capital project delivery or buildings & facilities management, we'd love to hear from you.
Working in close collaboration with colleagues across the Museum, as well as designers, contractors, funders and external partners, this is a unique and exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of this transformational project for Carlisle and Cumbria.
