Are you a confident People Advisor or HR Advisor who is ready to step up, and well on the journey to becoming a HR Business Partner? Covering a sabbatical for one of the existing team, this role is available for a 1 year fixed-term contract. You'll be joining a well-established, friendly, talented and dedicated People team, where you can continue to progress your skills and advance your HR career. A completely generalist HR role, although if Employee Relations is your sweet spot, then that skillset would not go amiss here Salary is circa £40,000 for this hybrid role, with benefits including EAP, HAPI benefits platform, pension, 28 days holiday (plus bank hols) You will be dividing your time between the office in Bradford and working from home (50/50 split) and there might be occasional travel around the UK. Acting as trusted advisor to line managers, providing your expertise and guidance to help them navigate all types of People issues. Plus support the Senior HR Business Partners and wider HR team with the delivery of the People strategy to the organisation.
