Role: Hire Controller
Salary: Up To £32,000 PA
Location: Stockport
Schedule: Monday to Friday (full-time)
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with the hire team, assisting in all aspects of operating a busy hire office.
2. Respond to customer enquiries.
3. Manage hires and off-hires.
4. Answer phone calls and respond to emails.
5. Help run the bustling hire office.

1. Being well-organised.
2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
3. Strong IT/computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, although full training will be provided on our hire system.
4. Ability to work as part of a team supporting your colleagues.
5. Flexibility in your approach, being self-motivated to take initiative while also being eager to learn and develop new skills.
6. Effective administration, organisation, and planning skills, with an eye for detail.
