This role offers the chance to support a dynamic team and contribute to exciting projects. Day-to-Day of the Role: Manage administrative functions at one of the London sites or offices, supporting an expanding workload and new projects. Order stationery and manage bookings and deliveries. Provide essential administrative support across project and office teams. Maintain accurate records and files. Keep health and safety documentation up-to-date. Organise client events and ensure effective communication. Oversee the holiday schedule to ensure staff coverage. Develop operation and maintenance manuals for new projects. Assist with the Procure to Pay process and other general administrative tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Previous experience in an on-site or main office environment, preferably within the rail & civil engineering sector. Ability to work independently with a keen eye for detail. Strong organisational and communication skills. Proficiency in managing social media and basic website maintenance.
