We are seeking to appoint an inspirational and ambitious Curriculum Lead to support the Curriculum Manager in our CreaTech Faculty at Farnham College, to raise the quality and effectiveness of teaching and learning within a curriculum area and campus to ensure that all students achieve their full potential in terms of outcomes and employability.
Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, the successful candidate will inspire, innovate, and support Faculty teams to deliver an exciting curriculum, ensuring learners have an outstanding experience and develop the skills, knowledge, and attributes needed for their career progression.
This role is about putting teaching, learning, and assessment front and centre of everything we do.
In this role you will be expected to:
* Ensure the implementation and delivery of the curriculum, in line with our Learning Philosophy and learner journey.
* Develop teachers and assessors to improve team performance with a corresponding improvement in the student experience and outcomes.
* Work with the Faculty Coordinators to ensure high-quality organisational planning and compliance with necessary administrative procedures.
* Undertake up to 11 hours teaching commitment. Due to the growth areas of the faculty at our Farnham campus, it is preferable if candidates can teach either Art and Design, Media, or ICT.
This is a full-time, permanent role based at Farnham College.
