1. Effectively manage and prioritise your caseload, ensuring optimal care for each patient.
2. Facilitate necessary diagnostic procedures, such as arranging MRI scans and x-rays.
3. Coordinate private consultations with specialist consultants, ensuring collaborative care for patients requiring specialised expertise.
4. Demonstrate comfort and competence in delivering shockwave therapy, offering advanced treatment modalities to enhance patient outcomes.
5. Possess sound and safe assessment skills, conducting thorough evaluations to identify the root causes of patients' conditions.
6. Showcase excellent manual therapy skills, utilising hands-on techniques to address musculoskeletal issues and enhance patient recovery.
7. Provide personalised 1-on-1 rehabilitation sessions in our rehab gym, tailoring exercises to individual patient needs.
8. Conduct in-depth biomechanical assessments.
9. Be familiar with pathways for onward referral, ensuring seamless transitions for patients requiring specialised care beyond what is available at our clinic.
10. Be familiar with the prices of our services and comfortable engaging in money conversations with patients, ensuring clarity and transparency in the financial aspect of their care.
11. Keep accurate and comprehensive notes, maintaining a detailed record of patient progress, treatment plans, and communication with other healthcare professionals.
Skills & Qualifications
1. Physiotherapy degree.
2. New grads will be considered.
3. Must be coachable.
4. Must demonstrate good hands-on treatment skills.
5. Must value communication skills as much as clinical skills.
Desirable
1. MSc Sports Medicine.
2. Experience in private practice or full-time sport.
3. Trained and experienced in administering shockwave.
4. Experience in rehabbing complex sports injuries.
