£30,000 + bonus
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting legal documents, contracts, letters, and reports
Conducting legal research to support case preparation
Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is up to date and accurate
Assisting solicitors with casework, including preparing bundles for court
Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties on behalf of fee earners
Attending meetings with clients and taking minutes or notes
Filing applications with courts or government agencies
Reviewing and summarising legal documents and evidence
Monitoring deadlines and ensuring compliance with legal procedures
Supporting fee earners with administrative and procedural tasksDesired Skills
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Strong organisational and time management skills
Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
A proactive approach and willingness to learn
Previous experience in a legal environment or specific legal area (e.g. family law, conveyancing, litigation)
A recognised legal qualification such as a Law degree, LPC, or CILEX certification (desirable but not essential)Please apply now for immediate consideration!
