Band 4 - Facilities Management Administrator
The Facilities Management Administrator position at the Royal Free Hampstead plays an integral role in ensuring the non-clinical support services are delivered in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
The primary role of this position is to provide comprehensive day-to-day administration and business support to the Head of Facilities, Domestic Service Manager, and Support Services Manager.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and capable individual to fulfil this role along with playing a positive and active role within the Facilities Operational Team.
The main duty of this role is to provide an administrative service to the Facilities Senior Managers to enable the overall Team to function efficiently.
The successful candidate will be very organised, knowledgeable of various software packages, and quick to learn.
Various time-driven processes are required to be followed in relation to:
1. Staff pay
2. Staff absence recording
3. Ordering of products and services
