We have a fantastic oppourtunity for an experience recruiter to join us and support with our fee earner recruitment across Manchester, Birmingham and Exeter.

The Role
As a Senior Recruitment Officer, you will be supporting with the firms Fee Earner recruitment.
4. Lead experienced fee-earner recruitment in Manchester, Birmingham, and Exeter, and support London and international recruitment
5. Manage the entire recruitment process from approval to induction
6. Use social media to promote the company and connect with potential candidates
7. Oversee the on-boarding and induction of new joiners
8. Maintain key agency relationships and assess recruitment partner performance
9. Promote internal referral schemes and manage recruitment protocols
The Candidate
The ideal Senior Recruitment Officer will possess the following qualifications and skills:
10. Proven experience in fee-earner recruitment, either in-house or within an agency
11. Advantageous to have international recruitment experience
12. Excellent organisational and communication skills
13. Ability to build relationships quickly and work collaboratively
14. Resilient, adaptable, and aligned with the company's values
15. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
16. Willingness to travel to other UK offices as needed
