Forrest Recruitment are currently supporting a well-regarded service provider within the health and education sector, who are seeking two Customer Service Administrators to join their team.
The duties of the Customer Service Administrator role will include, but not be limited to:
1. Supporting learners prior to training to make sure all requirements are met
2. Reaching out to learners, post training to ensure they are aware of next steps on the instructor journey
3. Resolving customer queries, via incoming/outgoing telephone calls and email or online enquiries
4. Respond to internal and external information requests
5. Review and monitoring recorded trainings
6. Acting as the first point of contact for customer complaints
7. Ensuring compliance in line with regulatory bodies
8. Maintenance of customer data
9. Working closely with others teams across Finance, Training and Sales to ensure a positive customer experience
The ideal candidate for the role needs to have at least 2 years previous experience in customer care, be detail oriented, empathetic and have great problem-solving skills. You will need to be a strong communicator and have experience working with MS Office and internal CRM systems.
