We are looking for someone with managerial and leadership competencies. Main tasks are: i) staff management (the team is composed of Research Nurses and Midwives and Clinical Trials Assistants), in addition of delivering and developing a busy portfolio (with trials in several subspecialities ( pre and post natal, gynae, hormonal). The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of clinical care planning, delivery, safety, and patient satisfaction are to a very high standards, compliance with Trust policy, study protocol requirements, local and national guidance and legislation is required. The post holder will be required to work alongside the women CSU, industry partners, the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Research Delivery Network (RDN) Yorkshire and Humber (Y&H) and colleagues in neighbouring establishments, attending regional and national meetings as required.
