This organisation offers specialist care across a network of hospitals, clinics, and residential facilities. They support individuals with mental health conditions, rehabilitation needs, and learning disabilities, helping them achieve positive outcomes through tailored treatment programs. This role internally is known as 'IT Implementation Specialist' but is akin to a Junior Business Analyst in the external market. How youll spend your day Act as a bridge between technical and operational teams, ensuring clear understanding of project requirements. Work in a consultancy capacity to guide business teams on the feasibility of technical solutions. Collaborate with Project Managers on larger initiatives to ensure alignment and smooth delivery. Steer projects in the right direction by assessing technical viability and business impact. Engage in pre-sales or post-sales discussions to support technical solutioning. What youll bring to this role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical mindset. Prior experience in a technical role, with the ability to upskill and self-learn. A passion for tackling challenges and finding effective solutions. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-friendly manner. A self-motivated approach, capable of working independently to explore and resolve technical issues.
