Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and manage the implementation and onboarding of SaaS applications for business stakeholders, ensuring smooth integration and user adoption. You will also support key infrastructure projects such as data centre initiatives, data classification, and clean-up activities, all aimed at maintaining a secure and optimized IT environment. Additionally, you will manage customer experience projects that enhance IT interactions for internal users, improving their efficiency and effectiveness in daily tasks. A significant part of your responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Legal Operations, HR, Finance, Group Change, and Integrations, will be crucial to ensuring project alignment and success. You will effectively manage vendors to ensure timely service delivery, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contracts. Regularly reporting to senior stakeholders on project progress, milestones, risks, and resource requirements will also be a key aspect of the role. You will be responsible for tracking and managing project budgets against ROI, escalating any deviations as needed. Additionally, you will identify project dependencies and risks, implementing mitigation or contingency plans, while controlling project scope through change management processes.
What will help you succeed in this role?
Essential
1. Proven experience in leading and managing SaaS application implementations, including user adoption and seamless integration.
2. Good background in managing infrastructure projects, such as data centre initiatives and data classification/clean-up.
3. Ability to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.
4. Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal Operations, HR, Finance) to ensure project alignment and success.
5. Experience in vendor management, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and contract compliance.
6. Good communication skills, with the ability to provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and resource requirements.
Desirable
1. Familiarity with group change initiatives or large-scale organizational integration projects.
2. Knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices for scope control and escalation processes.
