Who are we looking for:
* Someone to manage the financial activities of the Company - ensuring effective local cost control and cost management behaviour in the business. Promote good financial disciplines, and risk management processes for all group companies, sharing knowledge to build those disciplines in colleagues.
* The ability to inspire the finance team members to be the best version of themselves; to be highly skilled in their function, participate in cross functional activities and demonstrate the company values through their behaviours.
* Proven significant working experience preferably in a manufacturing environment alongside a professional accounting qualification.
* Experience with financial modelling.
* The ability to demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills and to develop strong working relationships.
* The ability to be decisive with good commercial and business awareness and strong problem-solving skills.
* Someone who will be site-based, working 40 hours per week.
