We are seeking an Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our client’s head office in Knaresborough. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating office supplies, and providing general support to the wider team. Key Responsibilities: Handle general enquiries via telephone and email inbox management Coordinate office supplies for UK offices Oversee office maintenance and ensure equipment is functional Assist the Office Manager with health & safety procedures and compliance Manage incoming and outgoing post Create boards and presentations for meetings and events Perform general administrative tasks (filing, copying, scanning) Arrange travel and research events Provide direct admin support to the Head of Marketing Assist the wider team with administrative tasks and special projects Requirements: Previous experience in an administrative role Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Exceptional organisational and time-management skills For more information, please contact Louise at Unity Resourcing or apply by submitting your CV
