Role - Account Manager

CCS Media (an Advania Company) are recruiting for an Account Manager to play a crucial role in attracting and expanding our customer base by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
You'll be at the forefront on all strategic engagements, understand the customer's requirements and providing a consultative approach in reaching their technology and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and IT requirements
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell IT solutions, services and products to new logo clients
* Create and execute strategic account plans to achieve client satisfaction and business growth
* Collaborate with internal colleagues across different business functions to ensure client retention
* Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and forecast reports
* Conduct vendor agonist presentations and workshops to meet your customers end goals
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from prospecting to onboarding
* Identify and prospect new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio
* Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients
* Manage the end-to-end sales process, from onboarding to deal closure
* Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
* Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business partnerships
* Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies
* Leverage market intelligence to position CCS Media / Advania UK as a leader within the IT market
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in account management within the IT industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
* Strong understanding of sales principles and the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
* Familiarity with a broad range of IT solutions, services and products
* Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
