Role Paying £400-£500 per week | Paid weekly on PAYE basis
First-Class or 2:1 Psychology degree from a top 20 UK University
Experience working with children with SEN is essential
Excellent communication skills, with an empathetic and patient nature when supporting students

Provide tailored support to small groups of students, both within the classroom and during focused intervention sessions.
Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning plans to meet the diverse needs of students
Offer pastoral care to help students feel valued, understood, and supported in school
Using a composed approach to de-escalate situations, ensuring a safe environment for students
Work alongside qualified SEMH professionals, Specialist Teachers and Educational Psychologists
