Job Responsibilities:
As Spa Manager, you will take day-to-day responsibility for the Reception desk, diary management, and general spa operations, including overseeing the team of Therapists, Receptionists, and any General Assistants.
Your aim will be to continually surpass customer expectations and to lead the team to deliver the very best in guest experience. You will share your personal passion and knowledge to develop the team, encouraging personal progression and training opportunities.
You will contribute to driving sales and revenue, budget management, stock control, and reporting on the Spa's financial performance, including treatments, retail, and membership.
Requirements:
You will have progressed from a therapist background into a spa management within a luxury spa or hotel.
Commercial acumen with the ability to maximize revenues through diary management and therapist utilization in the spa.
The ability to understand weekly revenue, forecasting, budgeting, and payroll controls, although support will also be provided.
Superb attention to detail and driven by delivering exceptional standards.
Strong leadership and motivational skills capable of nurturing, developing, and inspiring staff.
Previous experience in training and developing staff and be a passionate advocate for apprenticeships and continuous learning.
To be able to work regular weekends, given that this is our peak trading period.
