What You'll Do
1. Lead & inspire – Motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.
2. Own the customer experience – Ensure every visitor receives VIP treatment.
3. Drive sales & performance – Set and exceed ambitious targets for revenue and growth.
4. Manage showroom operations – Oversee daily running, ensuring a flawless customer journey.
5. Develop the team – Train, mentor, and empower designers to achieve their full potential.
6. Deliver stunning designs – Use cutting-edge CAD and VR tools to bring spaces to life.
7. Build a thriving pipeline – Proactively generate leads and convert them into high-value sales.
