Base pay range
£25,000 - £35,000 DOE + benefits

Founded in 1983, Metro Rod and its sister company Metro Plumb are leading providers of drain clearance and maintenance services delivered on a largely reactive basis. We’ve been clearing and unblocking drains for more than thirty years and we’re proud of our reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.
What does it entail?
This person will be responsible for managing commercial relationships and overseeing the operations across a specific location. The role is ideal for someone who is confident and has experience managing stakeholder relationships as well as working within a busy fast-paced environment. Some of the duties involved include:
* Schedule engineers' works - reactive, planned maintenance, and quoted works.
* Liaise with customers, arrange appointments, requesting uplifts, etc.
* Assist with creating quotes.
* Work on CCTV reports and quotes.
* Ordering parts for engineers.
* Deal with incoming calls/emails - mark/send emails to the relevant person.
* Collect data on engineers’ performance and report to management on a monthly basis.

* Experience within a scheduling/maintenance admin role.

* Excellent written and verbal skills.
* Competent IT skills - specific experience using Excel.
* Great administrative and organisational ability.
* Collaborative whilst able to work on your own unsupervised.
