A client of ours is on the lookout for a fun-loving, dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their lively early years setting in Lakeside, Grays. Key Responsibilities
Play & Learn:
Plan and facilitate stimulating play experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and developmental growth in each child.
Support & Care:
Provide a warm, nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and encouraged to explore and learn at their own pace.
EYFS Delivery:
Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework with a hands-on, child-focused approach, ensuring activities are tailored to individual needs and interests.
Observations & Assessments:
Keep a close eye on each childs development, recording observations and contributing to progress reviews to ensure every little learner is thriving.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, maintain high standards of care, and create a joyful setting for children and staff alike.
Parent Partnerships:
Build friendly, professional relationships with parents and carers, actively involving them in their childs early learning journey.
Qualifications & Experience
Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (e.g. NVQ, CACHE, or equivalent).
Previous experience in an early years setting, preferably with children aged 0-5.
Sound knowledge of the EYFS and current childcare legislation.
Genuine passion for childcare and a desire to see children flourish.
