Job Title: Contracts Manager
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000
Location: Oldham
Job Type: Permanent
Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for a Contracts Manager for a client based out of Oldham.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage construction programmes and work closely with site managers to ensure that projects run smoothly.
2. Manage subcontractors.
3. Attend and lead project meetings with clients and representatives.
4. Health and safety supervision.
Requirements:
1. Previous experience with shop fitting and refurbishment.
2. Proven experience in delivering medium to high-value hospitality and leisure projects.
3. Manage projects on site.
4. Knowledge of JCT contracts.
5. Willingness to travel throughout the UK.
6. Full UK driving licence.
