Do you enjoy building rapport and relationships with young people to address their individual needs, promote independence, and facilitate their successful transition to independent living?
As a Housing Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of Housing Support Workers who manage a caseload of clients. This is a hostel-based role which will include evening, nights (i.e., sleep shifts), weekend and bank holiday working on a rota basis.

* Strong commitment to supporting young people facing homelessness
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Empathy and the ability to build trust and rapport with vulnerable individuals
* Flexibility to work evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday shifts as required
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
* An understanding of the challenges and issues faced by young people experiencing homelessness
