Description
EMEA Payroll Manager
* Manage, prepare and process multiple EMEA payrolls across the region
* Be the first point of contact for external vendors and dealing with external queries
* Payroll journals, assisting with internal and external audit
* Assist with payroll variation input for multiple countries - overtime, bonuses, deductions etc.
* Oversee the preparation of payroll-related reports
* Resolve employee inquiries regarding payroll issues or discrepancies
* Implement and maintain payroll best practices to improve efficiency
Profile
A successful EMEA Payroll Manager should have:
* Exposure to multiple countries across the EMEA Region - Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland etc.
* Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations - in country
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion
* Proficiency in payroll software
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
* Happy to work within a hybrid model with an office in Hounslow
Job Offer
