You will create new roles for volunteer involvement in the project and manage their experience with the National Trust. Working as part of the Protecting Our Roots project team, you'll line manage a team of two new Volunteering and Community Officers where you'll lead on their development and ensure exceptional delivery of the project aims. Understanding how and why we engage with our supporters and local communities is key.
