Job Description
Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Credit Hire department, it is now seeking to appoint a Credit Hire Litigation Executive/Solicitor.
You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. This role offers the chance to work on challenging cases that will enhance your skills and expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
• Managing a caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage matters.
• Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court.
• Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements.
• Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations.
• Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
The Candidate:
• Experience of running a litigated Credit Hire caseload
• At least 5 GCSE's or equivalent
• Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
• Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
• Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
