To support our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced HR and Recruitment Manager to oversee our hiring processes, employee welfare, and overall HR strategy.
The Role: As the HR and Recruitment Manager, you will be responsible for attracting top talent, managing employee relations, and ensuring a positive and productive workplace culture. This role requires a proactive, people-focused professional who can handle both strategic and operational HR functions, from recruitment to performance management and staff welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the full recruitment process, from job postings and interviews to onboarding new hires.
· Oversee employee relations, including disciplinary procedures, grievances, and conflict resolution.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and legal requirements.
· Monitor staff performance and support managers in conducting appraisals and performance reviews.
· Foster a positive work environment, ensuring employee well-being and engagement.
· Manage staff training and development programs to enhance skills and career progression.
· Handle HR administration, including contracts, payroll coordination, and compliance matters.
· Work closely with department managers to understand workforce needs and provide HR support.
Key Requirements:
· Proven experience in an HR management or recruitment role.
· Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
· CIPD qualification (or working towards) would be an advantage.
