Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain a suite of clear and interactive MI reports using Power BI, enabling business teams to self-serve and monitor performance trends effectively
* Conduct exploratory data analysis to investigate business challenges, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for performance improvement
* Visualise analysis and transform data into actionable insights, ensuring reports and dashboards are intuitive, user-friendly, and impactful
* Support stakeholders by providing training and guidance on how to interact with reports and use data effectively for decision-making
* Present insights and findings in clear, engaging formats to help stakeholders understand key trends and opportunities
* Contribute to a data-driven culture by promoting self-serve reporting and encouraging the use of data for everyday decision-making
Knowledge and Skills:
* Demonstrable experience within analytical roles
* Experience creating interactive dashboards with Data Visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik)
* Experience of SQL (required) and of Python (preferable)
* Excellent Excel and proficient with PowerPoint
* Ability to convert complex datasets into simple and compelling insights
* Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
* Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
* Decisive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Knowledge of the telecoms sector is desirable but not essential

* Hybrid – Required in the office three days per week
