Pre-Development
* Assist the Sales Director in creating marketing strategies and monitoring advertising expenditure.
* Oversee site setups, ensuring sales offices open on time and within budget.
* Provide accurate market research reports for land appraisals.
Commencement of Development
* Ensure each development meets company targets for sales, completions and revenue.
* Monitor competitor activity and provide relevant updates in marketing meetings.
* Maintain high standards in site presentation and ensure compliance with marketing regulations.
Customer Service
* Deliver customer service in line with company policies and procedures.
* Conduct audits on plot handovers and build-complete properties for quality assurance.
* Provide feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Staff Management
* Maintain a strong on-site presence, coaching and mentoring Sales Consultants.
* Ensure effective follow-up on customer inquiries and sales leads.
* Lead, motivate and appraise staff while ensuring compliance with company policies.
