Territory Manager - Medical Devices (Critical Care)
Location: East Anglia and East Midlands

Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and ambitious Territory Manager to cover the East Anglia and East Midlands regions. In this role, you will focus on promoting and expanding the company's innovative Vascular Access product range. You'll work closely with healthcare professionals, building strong relationships and providing tailored solutions that support the delivery of outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to drive sales and exceed targets.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and healthcare settings.
* Provide training and support on the product range to healthcare professionals.
* Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities to expand the business.
* Collaborate with the wider sales team and report directly to the National Sales Manager UK.
What We're Looking For:
* A passion for sales with a hunger to learn and develop within the medical device industry.
* Previous experience in sales is advantageous, but medical device experience is not required.

Compensation and offering:
* Salary estimated £40,000 but always D.O.E.
* Bonus Circa £20,000 - £24,000 OTE.
* Car Allowance £7,000.
