Experienced Groundworker

Key Responsibilities
1. Working On Site: Work under supervision of one of our site foremen, as part of an efficient team.
2. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to health and safety protocols, maintaining our commitment to best practices and industry standards.
3. Equipment Maintenance: Ensure vehicles, plant, and equipment are maintained to the highest standards.
4. Documentation: Accurately complete timesheets, equipment inspection records, and other essential paperwork.
Skills & Experience
Essential
1. Groundworks Experience: Must have previous groundworks experience, including concrete works, kerbs, and drainage.
2. License & Transport: Full UK driving license (max 3 points) and access to own transport.
3. Professional Demeanour: Ability to conduct work in a professional, flexible, and results-oriented manner.
4. Communication & Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills, capable of maintaining positive working relationships.
5. Technical Skills: Proficient in interpreting plans and drawings.
Desirable
1. Certifications: CSCS/NPORS machine tickets and a First Aid qualification.
