Administrator Annual Salary: £25,000 Location: Bamber Bridge, Preston Job Type: Full-time, Permanent We are excited to announce the opportunity for an Administrator to join a rapidly growing gas and heating installation business with commitment to excellent customer service decades of industry experience within the management team. Day-to-day of the role: Ensuring customer contracts and other documentation are accurate for new and existing jobs Making sure customers meet eligibility to pass for funding, collecting documentation before, during and after installations Preparing quotations, liaising with customers and engineers and inputting key customer information Contacting customers to obtain any relevant additional paperwork or information. Answering inbound calls and emails from customers efficiently and professionally. Required Skills & Qualifications: Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Benefits: £25,000 per annum Working hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. 30 days holiday (including bank holidays) after a 6-month probation period.
