As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth by securing new partnerships within parking management and commercial real estate. You’ll be responsible for identifying and closing high-value deals, developing strong client relationships, and shaping the future of seamless, automated parking solutions. What You'll Do
* Proactively source new leads and develop business opportunities within parking management, commercial real estate, and related industries.
* Meet potential clients in person and remotely, presenting solutions and negotiating deals.
* Draft compelling, high-quality proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring professional and persuasive communication.
* Manage and close a strong pipeline of deals, achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
* Maintain accurate prospect data in CRM systems, ensuring seamless follow-ups and lead nurturing.
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and commercial teams to optimize outreach strategies.
* Analyze and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
Who You Are
* You have 1-2 years of business development or sales experience, ideally in a parking, tech, real estate or payment-driven industry.
* Able to close deals consistently and exceed sales quotas.
* Experienced working in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
* You have strong proposal writing skills – able to craft compelling, professional sales documents and emails.
* Experienced using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track leads and manage pipelines.
* You have analytical mindset, with the ability to measure sales performance and refine strategies based on data.
* You have exceptional verbal and written communication – able to confidently present to senior decision-makers.
* You have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with high-level professionals.
