Job summary To work in the extended and urgent primary care service on behalf of TLC Ltd. This is a GP led primary care service operating from 6.30pm to 10.30pm, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. This is a hub-based model operating from Romsey and Eastleigh Main duties of the job The responsibilities include welcoming and assisting patients, providing advice and direction, supporting clinical staff, preparing clinic rooms and handling prescriptions, completing administrative tasks such as preparing and submitting referral letters, recording messages, data entry, coordinating with various healthcare professionals and service providers, conducting audits and surveys, and performing additional duties as required whilst undertaking necessary training for future needs.
