Job Role: Youth Support Worker
Location: Redruth
Full-Time: Starting from September
Pay: £90-100 per day
Hours: 08:30am to 15:30pm

The ideal Youth Support Worker should:
- Have experience working with children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in classroom settings
- Be passionate about working with SEN children
- Be flexible, proactive, and patient
- Communicate effectively within a team
- Be committed to working full-time
- Education experience is preferred; however, those from a support work background have many transferable skills
- Be a driver (deseriable)
